Who it is for

For anyone who sells on credit, charges a monthly fee or finishes a job with payment later: school, trainer, photographer, workshop, anyone serving companies. The money is in the sheet and the chasing waits.

Every day at 9am it reads your list of charges, with client, amount and due date. It writes a notice a few days before and another on the day and, if late, a chase that repeats every few days. It sends after your ok, on WhatsApp or Gmail, and marks it paid when your list shows the payment.

How it is done by hand

By hand, you open the sheet, see who is due this week and who is already late, write a message to each and note when you sent it. Chasing the same client twice is easy to forget and awkward. It reads your list and writes the notice before the due date, the one on the day and the chase for each late payment.

When it is not for you
