Terms of Service
Draft for the owner to review before the Google OAuth app is published.
Who we are
Avio is run by VINICIUS BOROTO DOS ANJOS DESENVOLVIMENTO DE PROGRAMAS DE COMPUTADOR SOB ENCOMENDA LTDA, a Brazilian company, CNPJ 67.847.587/0001-40 ("Avio", "we"). By signing in you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use Avio.
What Avio is
You give Avio your site. It reads it, asks what is hardest, and sets up bots for your business. The bots share one computer in the cloud with a browser, run when you ask or on a schedule, and ask before they send anything in your name. Avio pays for the models they use. Avio is not affiliated with Google, OpenRouter, Stripe or any model maker.
Your account
- You sign in with Google. One account is one person. Don't share it.
- You must be 18 or older.
- You are responsible for what your bots do on your instruction, including what you approve and what you set to "Always allow". Read a draft before you approve it. A bot can be wrong.
- Logins you make in a bot's browser must be your own accounts, and you must follow those sites' own rules when your bots use them.
Your data
Your site, your bots' chats and notes and what they write stay yours. We use them only to run the service for you, to fix a problem you report, or when the law requires it. We don't sell them. The privacy policy says what we keep and who processes it.
What you may not do
- Send spam, or use a bot to harass, deceive or impersonate people.
- Attack, scan or flood other systems.
- Mine cryptocurrency, or host or spread malware or content that is illegal where you or we are.
- Get around usage limits, or resell Avio's machines without our written consent.
- Break into another user's machine or data.
We may stop a bot or suspend an account that breaks these rules. If we do, we'll tell you why.
Free run and payment
You see a real result before you pay. The free run ends at the first finished turn of any bot but the Chief of Staff, or at a small cap on model cost, whichever comes first. Then you start a 3-day trial with a card, and after it the plan's price is charged monthly through Stripe. The price is on the pricing page, and you see it before you enter a card. Cancel at any time in Settings. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the month you paid for. Each plan has a monthly usage allowance, and bots pause when it is used up, until the month resets or you upgrade. Features, limits and prices can change, and we'll tell you before a charge changes.
Early software
Avio is early. A bot can fail, a machine can lose its disk, and there is no uptime promise. Keep a copy of anything you can't lose.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. That deletes your machine and its disk, revokes your model key and cancels your plan, and it can't be undone. We can end the service for everyone with 30 days' notice by email.
Liability
Avio is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights that Brazilian consumer law (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) gives you.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you at least 15 days before the change applies. Using Avio after that means you accept the new terms.
Law and contact
Brazilian law governs these terms. Disputes go to the courts of our registered seat, unless consumer law gives you the right to sue where you live. Questions: viniciusdosanjos63@gmail.com.
